What kind of catering do you provide?

Savor Catering and Events can accommodate any and all of your party needs. We specialize in intimate personal residence parties to larger events with hundreds of guests for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Can you help me with rental items like tables, chairs, service wares, and glasses?

We can assist you in obtaining all rental items either through Savor Catering and Events or through a third party that we are partnered with, depending on the specifics of your rentals.

How do I go about reserving your catering services?

Our event coordinator will be happy to assist you in designing a menu to fit your taste and budget. Once you have decided upon your final menu, we require a signed contract along with a 50% deposit.

What is your deposit and payment policy?

Upon signing the contract and reserving your event date, we require a 50% deposit. The remainder of the bill is charged at the time the final head count is given. Final head count is required at least 7 days prior to your event date.

Is Gratuity Included in your pricing?

Gratuity is not included in the pricing, nor is it required. It is left to the host�s discretion, but is graciously accepted.

Can you provide the wines and other beverages?

Each venue is different, but we do hold a full liquor license and are able to provide wine, beer and liquor, if you should need us to.

Will you cut my wedding cake?

Yes, we will be happy to professionally cut and plate your wedding cake.

Do you require a guaranteed number of guests?

We do require a final head count at least 7 days prior to your event date. With that in mind, it does not have to be a certain minimum amount, nor do we have a maximum amount of guests we can accommodate.

Can you help me find a location for my event?

Savor Catering and Events has its own venue at 125 W. 4th Street in downtown Cincinnati, Tonic on Fourth Event Space (www.toniconfourth.com) that can accommodate up to 250 people and has partnered with several venues around Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Should you need some assistance in finding a venue, we would be happy to suggest one that would not only meet but certainly exceed your expectations!

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Full refund of the deposit will be given provided cancellation occurs no less than twelve (12) weeks prior to the event. If the cancellation occurs at least eight (8) weeks prior to the event date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. No deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs within six (6) weeks of the event. There will be no penalty if the event is re-scheduled for another date and the full deposit will be transferred.

What happens to the leftover food?

Depending on the request of host, we can either box it up for them to take home, or it will be donated.
